How or where do I get a Fresnel (spell ?) Lens. Can I get one at Dover or is it Calais ?
I got mine from an HA womble at Cambridge services. Find an HA womble anywhere, and ask them. Either that, or truckstops near the ports may have them, Jarbeke near Oostende did last I looked.

Do Veurne have them ?
Wouldn’t know to be honest, I got mine and stopped looking. The highways agency give them out to people for free if you ask. So go find them and ask. You’ve paid for them already 
The only european services that stock them afaik are those close to major ports. Jabbeke is on the E40 north from Calais, and close to Oostende and Zeebrugge. If you’re coming in at another port, ask a british driver on the boat, he may be able to help you out.
