This might be useful to anyone delivering to Oxfordshire, I would guess other counties have similar.
I dont know the area, so dont know how accurate the info is, but, what a great idea. Information is power. Put a couple of (armoured) terminals in lay-bys, with a 20min waiting limit and a coffee machine and gotta be good. Oh, and a council owned secure overnight parking area for vehicles tipping/loading in the Oxford area thereby contributing to the areas economy, thank you.
