Freeview

Mikejk:
unless you want to have a large freeview arial on a pole outside of your cab whilst watching and where do you store it during the day?

Last 1 I had was a stock household arial clamped to the wind deflector arm on the cab roof. But I made up the bracket so I was able to swing it through 180` to pick up the best signal. all i had to do was fix a bungy cord to stop it swinging out while driving. costs about £5-£10

i use the little mag plug into the magic wand and i get perfect signal on freeview but i park in layby’s alot so it doesn’t disturbed the signal alot of the tipper lads i know are using cb arieals connected to the magic wand and they always get the channels.

Just stick a big Yagi on top on the cab. Sorted
