Not sure if this has already been posted but if you have access to the internet when parked up you can watch TV on your laptop or on your iphone using wifi or 3g.
The iphone version has fewer channels but for free its a great little gadget. The channels are current with the signal about 30 seconds behind the current broadcast.
Try it,no catches or gimmicks and it works!!!
