Such a thing as funded LGV training in scotland??I would have thought industry giants like TNT,FEDEX,DHL etc etc would have some kind of driver training in place?
personally im not bothered about paying for training myself really but think the lack of regard from the BIG guns in the industry for
guys/gals really wanting to drive is pretty ■■■■■■ sad,will it change??

The job centre can provide funding providing you live in a deprived area and have been unemployed for 6 months or more.
You could try some local driving agencies to see if they would fund your training,although you would have to stay with them for a fixed period.
The big companies don’t need to spend money training up drivers as there isn’t a shortage.
Due to the influx of immigrants from Eastern Europe and the collapse of manufacturing there is a surplus of drivers now.
