When I post on the forums it is showing the wrong time that I posted my message. I have just posted this at 22:57 but it says “The time now is Thu Apr 15, 2004 9:02 pm” at the top of the page. 
It’s a long running thing the problem with the forum clock. The time comes from the servers in The States and it usually runs fast until they reset it now and again.
The other problem is BST. I looked in your profile and you have your timezone set to GMT, at this time of year, until October, it should be GMT+1, changing that will show your post times, and others, as one hour forward but it does appear that the forum clock is about one hour behind at the moment.
We’ll see if we can get that sorted.

I didn’t see that feasture in my profile, I have ended up setting it at GMT +2, now the time is about right, give or take a few mins.
