Just a quick question, is fortnight drive fixed week, so will always be Monday thru Sunday every week or does it start after your weekly rest?

Fixed week Monday to Sunday.
00:00 Monday to 23:59 the following Sunday.
Remember ever week is the second week of a fortnight, unless you’re just back from holiday,
Sunday’s are always the last day of the previous week not the first of the next.
If you run a digital tacho it keeps a running total of your fortnightly total.

They are both for the fixed week and not between weekly rests
Thanks Rog when you refer to ‘both’ I assume you mean 90 fortnight and 56 in 1 week, what about 60 hours working, is that from last weekly rest or also fixed week, ie 0:00 Monday thu 23:59 Sunday?

Yes working hours is fixed week (Mon to Sun).
