Forget The Hollies

… where the food is [zb] and go another half mile down the A5 towards Cannock and there’s The Trucker’s Rest on the right hand side.

Absolutely amazing. Stopped there twice this week and I’m still stuffed even now!

Large breakfast :

2 bacon
2 sausages
1 egg
Beans
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Fried slice
Hash browns
Slice of toast
Pot of tea

£4.50

Not cheap, but let me just say this, the food was falling off all sides of the plate and it was very enjoyable and good quality food.

I’ve got a picture of my plateful on my phone but I can’t work out how to get the pic from the phone to the interweb  .

Rob K Seal of Approval ? YOU BET!

If your phone has bluetooth, get a ‘Dongle’ off eBay (I bought one a few weeks ago for less than a fiver) and then just transfer stuff across.

Alternatively, MMS it to your e-mail address! (Which will probably cost you about 25p)

send Donna the pic to her phone and she’ll do it for you. Will take 2mins. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve haven’t got email set-up and I don’t know how to set it up either. No idea what the mail servers are for the phone. [zb] to it.

You should be able to send it via MMS and shouldn’t need any e-mail settings.

With my phone (Samsung D500), I can send it in the same way as a text message, but it has the option to enter an e-mail address instead of a number.

If you goto www.fotopic.net you can setup an account there and nominate a mobile number to send your piccies too, and if you’ve set it up right they get instantly published without you having to play around with settings

if you havent got anyone to do it yet text it too me il stick on photobucket then send you the img code.

That’s the one I was telling everyone about. It used to be the Coronation Cafe, where that TV film was shot, then closed down for several years and reopened as the Truckers’ Rest. Just couldn’t remember the new name  .

Glad to hear it is still keeping up to the mark.

Salut, David.

thats how i post pictures from my nokia. send via MMS > enter your email address > SEND
it should appear in your email inbox on your pc with your number and mobile server as the sender (my name appears too somehow :open_mouth: ). it will either show the picture there or you will have to follow a link to it (on O2 anyway)
