If anyone has one or knows a bit about them - Where the hell is the fuel filter?!

I’ve heard it’s possibly next to the rear off side wheel?

Im doing the oil tomorrow but never had to do the fuel before and can’t find the ■■■■ thing!

I’ve not worked on 1 of those, but if it’s an inline filter, then just follow the fuel lines from the tank, around the middle of the car you’ll normally find it.

Usually drivers side around the back door sort of area, but, as I said, never done a 2008 mondeo petrol…

A lot of cars use cartridge style filters now under the bonnet, pop top off, bin old filter, fit new filter, bleed up and off ya go.

But just look under car at either side just inside the sills and if it’s there, you’ll spot it, not hard to spot, it’ll look like this…

Just asked my mate, he says it’s on the drivers side just in front of the petrol tank, held on by a metal strap.
