Ford cargo 3828 pitman arm

We have a small business down here in New Zealand.
Can anyone help me locate a pitman steering arm for a 1988 Cargo 3828.
It is a perfectly good unit that is off the road for want of one part.
I believe parts are quite scarce for this model, but if you know of a wreckers that has one or can suggest any other leads I would appreciate the help.
