I’ve been out on the beer tonight with some workmates.
Whilst on the ■■■■ I learned that an acquaintance of mine, a talented musician, a likeable and gentle but troubled man, had ended his life under the wheels of a train last week.
The club in which we drink (where Keith was the resident organist till recently) has an “open mike” spot; I sang Don McLean’s “Vincent” because I thought it fitted the occasion, and thankfully remembered all the words.
I’ll ask you all to remember at this time all of those good people who are not as lucky in life as we are.
RIP Keith… Thank You For The Music
