Great pics JD, like the Paris Hilton one, keep them coming
i liked the look off paris hilton it was well polished up with fancy trims on and looked good i was surprised to see it after seeing it in the magazines when they first got them. dont know when il be back at stobbies after ive had a falling out with the agency.
Nice photos JD. Has the Crick depot got a driver training facility? I think I saw something on the local news about it recently?? Whats Stobarts like to work for then?
yeah i think all the training goes on there i was speaking to a driver about it and he had every week the class rooms are always full.
stobbies is ggod to work for if you dont mind the hours i did do the night work and it was all one hitters but i have fallen out with the agency so i dont when i will be back in.
I saw the new design Stobard’s trailer today - it looks horrific and nowhere near as classy as the old style gold writing ones. In the 5th pic down on the original post you can see the edge of one, 2nd trailer in.

i know what you mean the ones with: trans store logika.
Stobarts are EVIL I was one of 16 drivers made redundant in march 2004.We had no warning at all,it was mid week,I’d got back to the yard & the UK opps manager & his monkey were in the office. They made us go in, one by one, & read out our redundancy notice FROM A SHEET OF PAPER!!! We were made redundant as of that moment, & they even refused to give us references.
They really arent a nice company to work for, In the 11 months that I was there, not 1 single pay packet was correct, lorry maintenence was non existant (we didnt even have oil/screewash in our depot! ) & the planners were totally inept.
I was FURIOUS when I was made redundant, but now, looking back,it was the best thing that could have happened.
If they were the last company on earth, Iwouldnt go back there!
