Like you said before, they’re clearly only out at certain times. So this doesn’t just apply to caravans then? An empty or even half loaded truck could easily maintain the limiter up this hill - either side, so why force them to sit with all the caravans? Stupid idea.
It doesn’t apply to artics, I’ll argue. An artic is a complete vehicle in its own right, not one vehicle towing another.
It’s the sign that is wrong, not the idea. The just haven’t the balls to write a sign that says “Weekend gypsies, keep you tupperware boxes in the nearside lane and out of everywpne elses way”
It does apply to artics, at least that’s what they said on the local news.
Whether it should or not is another matter.
How ridiculous. So heavily laden gutless rigids and vans can still ‘supposedly’ use the middle or in the van’s and 7.5T case the outside lane.
Artics pull semi-trailers, in other words semi-permanent, and are designed to do so, unlike cars and caravans. Another ill thought out load of rubbish.
That’s just after Gordano services headed westbound isn’t it Cornish? Sure I recognise the church… Those caranavanners are single handedly responsibole for grinding that section to a halt every friday from easter to late september, and since that’s when I am wanting to go home…
