We really do need to be thinking about the best nutritional approach to fighting it, and for recovering from it.
I plan basic small quantities of carbs, no pasta!!
Then Its Plenty of clear water and avoid protein/fats for a very long time after should I be so lucky.

Feed a cold, starve the flu as they say, it may just be the best approach, especially when you consider the nations that are suffering hardest are huge consumers of proteins in all forms.
What if the cells this virus needs to feast on are well fed then maybe it’ll only get worse, too little and the body can’t fight as your cells are weak, yet no one is saying WHAT is the best balance if at all.

If your cells sit on the fence, can the virus do so too, will it lay dormant as I fear especially as they say you may not even know you have it then surely we need to be looking for the trigger?

I digress, this is the info we need to be hearing about in my opinion, the ■■■■■ out hoarding/hiking/hugging can all choke for all I care [emoji106]
