How do you get it to fold flat?

Lift collar up push back

it doesn’t fold ‘flat’ as such, it only folds back to about 45 degrees

You only state DAF XF?.

Only the 105 has a folding gear lever. The earlier 95 in all it’s guises doesn’t.
