Farmer on the a43 has installed cctv in one of the laybyes,to catch fly tippers.

the more rubbish you lob out of the window into laybys the better it is for ensuring the council binnys get kept in constant employment with the added bonus of creating more jobs for the unemployed.
i always do my bit to the best of my ability,though i usually just keep it until im heading for the ferry on the A 75 and lob it out at random there to pass the time.
