In Dolny Śląsk region - most damaged is a town called Bogatynia (near Turów mine and electric plant), only access is via Czech Republic.

Lot of road closures with main one is national 3 closed somewhere between Jelenia Góra and Dobromierz, also many bridges between Poland and Germany are unpassable.

Check locally if you are going somewhere there.

It is bad along this area all the way along the polish border where the river flows
Brandenburg is also having problems so check if you have drops or collections in and around this
area
