Not delivered there that many times but when I have its always been friendly enough, the depot manager and his 2ic are decent guys
All Flogas sites operate in a similar way its just the wages that vary, in the mini bulker you’ll be run ragged in the winter months with 6 day weeks so joining in the summer months will ease you in gently.
Flogas is generally a good company to work for but you have to be firm from day one else they will take the ■■■■, saying no won’t be held against you
All drivers have been given a £500 bonus in next months pay so not to bad.
33 days holiday a year and M-F shift, basic pension contributions, not sure of the wage but it won’t be great especially for ADR work, I’d guess at around £13 per hour as I said all sites pay differently
They run a couple of flat bed class 1s doing internal cylinder deliveries so might be the possibility of upgrading

£13 hour is not good for ADR!? I know class 1 fuel tankers might be on a tad more, but for those hours and a clean job that sounds a pretty good rate. Cue all the supermarket drivers on £15.

In Stoke the pay is terrible so even if its 13 its a lot for the area

As I said I’m not to sure of the pay at Stoke but alot of other depots pay north of that for class 2 work, Rainham, Immingham and Witney pay more because of the area they are in. The good part is its x1.5 after 45 hours and on weekends.
