according to my boss he can tell me day to day if i’m working or not, sometimes 15-00 for a 18-00 start,regardless of the fact i’m on furlough according to the online hr calander . according to the acas flexible furlough letter template, any hours/shifts to be worked should have been agreed in writing within the furlough letter. any thoughts on this?
