Does anybody know if the fleet spec volvo fm has a aux socket on the radio/cd player?
This is the radio in a Dutch spec FH 2010 model. I reckon it probably would mate .

I believe the FH does, but I’m not convinced the FM does as standard. It’s certainly not on the radio unit itself.
Yes,it has an USB and AUX socket besides the radio next to the 12v and 24v sockets
It’s an optional extra on both models with the exception of FH16 which has it as standard

Be glad to see the back of the current fleet.Absolutely done thats only way to describe them,one i had today 1159762kms on it not bad for 5yrs old.

My old unit 0447 had 1.2 million kms when it left my depot and its still going strong down in leicester. We get a new unit every 5 year then the old ones go down to leicester to be closer to the VMU. They quite literally never get a rest, day man comes in the engine is still warm from the night man, night man comes in the engine is still warm from the day man. But i suppose it makes sense to run them that way. Also they last pretty well that way because its the same 2 drivers not different drivers every single day.
Would love a volvo next time around but we seem to be quite loyal to daf and merc 
Ours are all going off lease and back to daf.Sittingbourne depot got fm s last year,wakefield got a mixture of daf n merc.Depot at Stockton are new dafs,apparently dafs were nt suited to Scottish operation.
