Fleet of "Midnight *"

Apologies if this has been asked before but I’m looking for any information on a fleet of ‘conventional’ as the Americans would put it outfits which I noticed in the Leeds area in the eighties. They were very well turned out and each had a name beginning with ‘Midnight’ - e.g. Midnight Star, Midnight Wind. Unfortunately for me there are hundreds of posts with the word ‘midnight’ so searching hasn’t really been an option. Thanks for any help.

R j Norman Barnsley, I’ve tried to do the link but can’t ,you can use the search box there’s a thread on here about those macks .

That’s right, R.J. “Bob” Norman, based on West Road, Pogmoor, Barnsley, ran a fleet of distinctive orange and lime green Macks, along with a Bedford TM and Atkinsons on tipper work. One of the Macks was featured on a rock group album cover, and one or other of the heritage magazines ran features on them in the past. Rumour has it that Norman was flying a bit too close to the wind, and ended up in America out of the reach of HMRC and others wanting payment of debts.
