I know such things must be out there but can’t find out what/where. I’m after progs that will act as a monitor/database of all aspects of fleet management i.e. maintainance, servicing, availablility, etc. I dare say I could write a spreadsheet but i’ve got a huge back-log of ‘things-to-do’!!
I’ve been given a blank cheque (well, almost!) to get the right stuff, once i can find it, evaluate it and then present it to the budget people. I’m stuck with the ‘find it’ bit and am looking to you all for suggestions!!
Help me out people, please!!
There is a company called Roadtech run by a bloke called Derek Beevor, They made a system in the early days that has been copied by many.
It includes fleet management, delivery notes and routing and is linked to the accounting system creating invoices and credit notes. It will send statements and rate confirmations, There are many add ons and the technical back up was very good too
Thanks Wheel Nut,
Did this program have a name?
