Phone usage etc is pretty much irrelevant. CD90 effectively means you were driving without licence etc and someone died as a result of your poor driving. Whether this was due to phone usage, speeding or simply not paying attention doesn’t really matter.

Absolutely no way will I drive a lorry with a driver facing camera!
We only have a handful of lorries at our place,but I guarantee if we turned up one morning to find them fitted,no lorry will leave the yard.No [zb] way!
As for Conor’s comment about being poorer as all the big payers have them fitted-what utter ■■■■■■■■.
How about a list of those “bigger payers that have cameras fitted” then?

Please state your source where you’re able to prove what happened in that incident. I can’t say much other than you’re talking bollox as normal when it comes to RM.
