First start at last

Hi all
Well it looks like I might have my first start at last! TM phoned me this morning and wants me in Monday and Tuesday to make sure I’m happy with the setup. To be honest, I’d be happy if it was an old Bedford with a scaffold plank for a seat as long as I have my start! My advice to anybody in the same situation is, don’t give up! If a TM says he will ring you and doesn’t, ring him!

Give me his number so when i pass my test i can phone him and tell him i am a better driver than you

Cheers. All local Palletline stuff in a Daf with straight six box! Nice and easy to start. Also possibility of putting me through C+E after a few months.

I’d always err on the side of caution with getting a company to put you through, they may well want to tie you in for 2, 3 or more years. But as always if you are happy there then consider it.
