First shift at stobarts gone up the

Possessive apostrophe (a forum belonging to or for a teacher)
Not likely to be a forum for just one teacher so I’II accept teachers’ forum would have been more suitable.

I’II let you off with a typo for the missing ‘m’ in grammatically

Is this a truck forum, or a teacher’s forum**?** Just wish people would stop putting others down due to their poor grammar not everyone is perfect

This isn’t a teacher’s forum?

see, not everyone is perfect are they?

But why is it that people think it is ok to judge others on their grammar and spelling?

When i was a kid i didn’t do well in school at all and i could not string a sentence together. Now 6 year’s ago i joined the police as a PCSO, and this helped me get my backside into gear and get some training done on my grammar and spelling. 6 year’s on and in a new role within the police, i have now finished police training and ready to go out onto the streets.

I tell you something though, i suffer from dyslexia, and it is a mild form of it to, now how do you know that the OP doesn’t suffer from it also? you don’t do you. You might sit behind a PC screen with a can of beer thinking your great, but deep down, … :unamused:

I was joking, I don’t care about spelling and grammar as long as you can understand what people are trying to say.

The OP is coming across as a bit of a plank but that isn’t because of the spelling and grammar.

I will not be [zb] on like this
how do I get my own back on haul-it

Boo hoo, growing up would be a good first step.

Good luck with that attitude, you’ll need it.

the agency who I worked for booked me for 3 shift at stobats in crick
they said stobarts is the only job they can book me on coz of experance
just before the first shift agency phoned me up saying stobarts have canceled coz you dont have enough experance but I have emailed them to get you on an assessment
5 mins later agency phoned again and said they want you back in there but only for tommorow
so when to do my shift; the agency gave me 2 wrong address so I turned up at 2 wrong site so i was 45 mins late
they gave me the induction for about 1 hour and then said sorry you dont have enough experance and sent me home
the agency said they wont be able to pay me for that one hour and said they cant get me back in there as I was late
the agency offered me 2 other jobs I accepted and they canceled

I will not be [zb] on like this
how do I get my own back on haul-it

probaly a lucky escape judging by how crap Stobarts are if you read the posts by all the experts on here.

Happy days then.

His attitude stinks and he needs to sort that out

It’s not a teachers forum, nor a spelling and grammar test, although if someone is wondering why they cannot get an interview, these posts may go some way to explain things.

Whirlwind:
Simple, Don’t do any work for them again , I wont be treated like scum by any agency if they try then i let them know everytime they call me to do a shift that i wont work for [zb]!! . Plenty of agecies out their keep searching for decent one.

All agencies are [zb], don’t kid yourselves…!

probably more then he can count to

But it was good fun last night
young Steven started to answer the phone every half hour until 5.30
what a mupit and a mupit at that
The ■■■■■ must rely have him on strings doing all hear dirt work
but think there is time for a few phone calls tonight :grimacing: :grimacing:

This is a bit of a contradiction TBH

I like the way the grammar police always ask if your a immigrant before getting the knifes out! So long you can guess the meaning it doesn’t need to be perfect.

there goes phone call no.1 of the night and I see our young Steven is on call again

If the agencies are anything like my trade, everyone knows everyone else.
If you start harassing the agency you work for, can you be sure they won’t tell all the other agencies in your area?

Seems to me the route of ‘Revenge’ you’re embarking on will only cause you trouble in the future.

I would imagine Stobart stuff is all RDC work■■?
If so, that’s probably as easy as it gets, nice big yards to manouvre in, well marked loading bays and parking slots.
In all the RDC yards I’ve been in, I can’t think of a situation where you’d have to reverse that’s any harder than what you’re expected to do on a driving test.

Not like, say, some store deliveries, where you’re reversing around corners blindside where there are cars parked all over, bollards etc, just to get into yards that ain’t big enough to swing round in, pallets and stillages scattered around everywhere.

Try reversing a trailer onto the bay when the tractor unit is hooked on a wrecker, 80 feet long and bends twice in the middle :sunglasses:

Hi mate. It seems like you’re having no luck at all. You come across as having a bad attitude. You also come across as a bit clue less and dyslexsic, maybe English is not you first language? You also can’t reverse an artic? These are all problems that some of us have had to a greater or lesser degree. I’m also concerned that once you get to interview stage they then turn you away with some excuse or other. It sounds to me like they’re giving an excuse to get rid of you, i.e you are failing once they meet you. Your signature on this website maybe explains a lot. If people don;t want you, how do you think asking for help here might help you to obtain employment? Nothing you have ever posted would endear you to anyone?

well I dont care anymore i dont even bother to ring people up for work any more if they ring me by chance I play along
as i said i dont care anymore you/ they/ them can stick this job where the sun dose not shine it all bull ■■■■

next big project im going to get my own back on stobarts for what they did
any big ideas
time for phone call 2
