Morning everyone,
Where abouts on the forum could I ask for info on hiring an owner driver ■■
Story so far; I have a trailer I take to race meetings and my tractor has developed an annoying electrical gremlin. I’ve only got a few meetings left this year. I need the trailer taking to a race track (Normally on a Thursday) and picking up again Sunday night (from West Sussex)

you could try re-posting on the Owners and Operators forum, though I think most of us will see it on here.
Wouldn’t need to be an owner driver, small haulage company might be the answer if you know any round your area.
A quick search on a well known search engine brings up the OP’s business name in Pulborough…West Sussex.
So to me the chap looks like he is involved with a racing outfit and asked a very reasonable question. Good to see we are trying to increase our enemy quota though.

It’s getting ridiculous on here,every new member is instantly assumed to be a troll by certain current members and maybe the mods should start deleting such posts by those members instead of new members being put off by the aggressive manner of others.

i thought about it, but figured we would see it here anyway. See it’s a dilemma, do I leave a shadow to tell people it’s gone, or just move it altogether. Then again you drivers might come up with someon for him tot ry.

As for your question think Muckles is your man does race trailers to far flung places over the water might be able to help or know someone who can help.

I would try phoning around truck hire places like Ryder as well as all the main dealers for the various manufacturers first before going down the path you are thinking of.

Or even hiring out a unit, till your gemlin is found and murdered
