Doing a run tomorrow, Thursday which includes a night out.
Liverpool to Baxenden Chemicals Droitwich, to Go Environmental Stoke. Never been to either place, I have to do two runs I.E load Droitwich tip Stoke back up to Droitwich and then tip stoke.
Any tips on where to overnight near a pub or a supermarket would be great, also whats the odds of doing the first one and back to Droitwich then to stoke or there abouts to tip Friday morning■■?
For stoke I use st4 2pz quiet industrial area macdonalds and pubs in walking distance or Campbell road not sure of post code, walk out of the road with tyre place on the right and turn right up there is a chip shop and bargain booze. Turn left over the island is a spa garage and Indian restaraunt that does take out.
Droitwich I use wr9 8jb but it’s very small so if not there early you won’t get in, everything you need within 10 min walk. If no room I park on berry hill ind est just down the road it’s sign posted but never ventured out from there so not sure what’s about but it’s quiet enough to sleep well.
It’s impossible to predict where you’ll end up but there’s a few to get you going.
If you end up in droitwich head out towards Worcester on the a38,just as your leaving droitwich there’s a pub on the right called the copcut elm,and about 200 yards after it is a huge lay bye.
Stick yourself in there.
Go in and say hi to the girls behind the bar for me and tell them little stu,from Ralph davies told you to go there.
