When you arrive at a drop just say, " sorry I’ve never been here before, where do I go?"

got there at 0800 had a brew and a chat, loaded the wagon with the small canisters and the big canisters (47kg) 45mins later then set off. i was the drivers mate and it was analogue tacho so i didnt have one in all that morning just him obviously. got shown how to do drops ie paper work, straps, unloading and loading all the good stuff. well that morning whent quick it was coming up for 1300 we had to go pick up a truck on our way back that was getting repaired at a garage, this truck was digi card in for the first time and i was driving it back, i put my card in (stoneridge) then set off back to the yard, got to the yard and pulled my card out as we werent using that truck for the afternoon deliverys. but i was told im going out first time on my own with that wagon i was in that morning. so had to fill out my very first analogue tacho with some help inserted it and spent half our unloading that wagon and loading for my delivery. back at the yard, unloaded the empty canisters parked up the wagon ejected my analogue tacho and that was me done  happy days, amazing weather aswel realy enjoyed it.

Remember you need to keep all of your analogue tachos for 30 days. Good luck

“… the current day and the previous 28 calendar days…” is how it’s written in GV262.

You should have done a manual entry when you put your card in, don’t think you can go back now and do it? I would have entered it as other work which would have been legally correct.

Hmm…maybe Tachograph can clear that one up. BTW you should have put a tacho in the other truck as well when you were with the other lad but nobody will get hung for that one!
