I was in Asda on Saturday & as I arrived we noticed there was a fire engine parked in the car park. On closer inspection we noticed there was six firemen all trying to get into some woman’s car as it appeared she had locked her keys in the car. Now there was no one in the car such as a small child or animal so we were thinking why would the fire brigade respond to something like this. A bit extreme don’t you think■■?
Fireman’s Mrs ?
Maybe the firemen were out doing a bit of shopping and came across somebody locked out of their car and decided to help out?
You can get the AA or whatever to do it, so no idea why you’d call the firebrigade…
Was she fit?
The fire service won’t respond to somebody locked out of a car unless a child or animal is locked in the car.

I’d be reluctant to phone the fire brigade anyway if case they just cut the roof off.
Ha ha too true Harry!
What sort of car was it?
We can ‘effect entry’, damage free to most cars.

Like i said there was nothing in the car, but 6 firemen trying to gain access
They must have been driving past and offered assistance.

It makes a nice change from sticking up smoke detectors and don’t worry about your Council Tax being wasted this way, its wasted on much less important things every day, can’t get a pay rise though! Franky.
