If a truck brings in a couple of illegals, the driver/company gets fined.
Will the powers that be fine the pilot/airline that brought in 2 from South Africa?

Drivers only fined if illegals detected at port of entry isn’t it? I.E Calais/Dunkerque etc?
Good point Swedish Blue, ultimately the Captain of an aircraft or ship is responsible for illegals but won’t get a fine.
The channel tunnel train drivers are exempt from fines.
Lorry drivers are an easy target by a law that was rushed through quickly.
Well one was found on a roof deed, and other one clinging on to the landing gear at Heathrow, so they still entered illegally just that the UKBA control is in a different location, they should be fined if not we shouldn’t be either
Following on from this post I’ve often wondered whether the authorities actually fine drivers and operators from abroad for bringing in illegals or they just take details and send them on their way never to return as happens( I am told ) with speeding tickets from cameras and the london congestion charge etc if you are British registered you pay anyone else do what you like … anyone know?? ( ps I don’t include the 4 polish drivers caught at Harwich last week I reckon they are going to get the book thrown at them )
