Finding job with CD10

Ahreet all,

Wannabe driver here, one thing thats been stopping me going for my Cat C/C+E is the fact that I have a CD10 on my licence (driving without due care and attention).
It’s on there until july (its been spent a while ago), so figures I’de to my theory etc in the spring and pass around about then.
However, I would like to know if it will be much of a hinderance getting a job as a driver as if I can start now I might aswell.
It’s feeling like an albatross around my neck (Hear the rhyme of the ancient mariner! see his eye as He…Ahem…Sorry) to be honest.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Any conviction isn’t going to help in the job hunt. And you’ve just missed the prime time for getting work on the run up to Christmas. If I were you, I’d follow your plan - - get the theories done in spring and take it from there.
