Just a wee note to say that there is work available for newbies.
I passed my class c at the end of April.
I went through to an agency in Livingstone (you know the one I mean Richie! ) today at 11 am.
I got a call at 4pm offering me a shift tomorrow morning- its a 6am start so ill be out of my scratcher at 4.30 but I grabbed the chance as Ive found out on this site that we all have to start somewhere.
Hopefully all going well Ill be able to chuck my other job and get full time with the agency as they say there is lodsa work. 
I can see why youve been with them so long Richie as they struck me as a very organised and proffesional organisation.
