well finally had my operation on friday after another pre op on monday recevied a call on tues for the op on friday arived at the hospital at half seven barely sat down before going to theatre at half eight was back on th ward at twelve ish all went well physio got me up out of bed midday saturday got me walking as i did so well the nurses removed the catheter and canular and i was free lol then physio came back sunday morning it was stairs time all went extremally well and physio signed me off so then it was a chat with the docs and i was discharged sunday morning left for home at midday so now at home resting and taking things very easy and slow. as for the level of care from the nurses it was extremally excellant could not have asked for better nurses and the guys i was on the ward with all over fifty was such a cracking bunch as i felt uncomfartable due to being a lot younger but they made me fell welcome and so much more comfartable made may stay so great i didnt want to leave lol so will soon be hitting the road as a new driver

thanks and will do its very painful and slow lol had a major arguement with my doctor yeterday as she refused to issue me a prescription for my morphine saying i shouldnt be on them well been on them for 5 years now showsthey dont read read notes then she said i shpould be pain free because id had my operation was told i had to ring my consultant well he had left for the day so spoke to his secretary who said what was the doctor on abouti had had major spinal surgery only a few days ago i mean for ■■■■ sake get with the times lol there aint no miracle cure for pain yet lol seriously thinking of complaining about the doctor

A knee specilist made a ■■■■ up on my misus, she saw another chap he said theres no chance of me dropping another medical person in the sh…, It was quite funny as we have got married since the first
opperation and the first specalist needed to see the wife(now a new surname) when she walked in (on crutches)he said i think we,ll end this meeting now…So we think the other guy tipped him off that he was
on a knife edge. They all pee in the same POT if you know what i mean.

well now 11 days post op and starting to think i shouldnt have done it lol pain in my leg increased ten fold hping its normal part of healing lol well i started driving again about four days ago as my loving wife desided she was going to throw a paddy and stop the car and get out and walk off leaving me and three kids sat there lol so had to drive back home now finding it ok as long as i sit on a cushion with a gap at the back so my corset bars dont touch the bottom of the seat (that hurts) had stitche removed today nicely healed scar well im off to bed need my beauty sleep lol soon be an the road trucking and i cant bloody wait
