well I need to close the chapter on my decision as to wether I should lease 3 premiums based on getting a very good deal or find something a bit bigger but more than likely second hand.
Last week I spent on the road rather than driving a desk, it gave me some perspective as I did nearly 3k and had my 9 year old son with me. Well I have decided to have my cake and eat it I have taken a new Premium on lease over two years. But have signed up for one and not 3. This will let me see if it can do the same job as an R Series scania or a Daf xf the other two trucks are likely to be a nearly two year old Volvo Globetrotter XL with the 500 hp erg engine and the Drive+ package i.e. leather interior, Kelsa lightbars and chrome wheel trims. The other will be either a Daf Xf Ssc or another Volvo depending on lease deal.
The thing is these trucks are away from base for most of the week it has to be comfortable keep the driver happy and be good at the pumps not much to ask is it
