Does any of you lads know if there is a permanant live in a FH GXL. Bought a fridge but the 12/24v plugs seem to be on the ignition. Its a 63 plate. But not the new shape.
Have a root around under the bunk. I would guess the loom is already fitted to accommodate the factory fit fridge.

I have a 60 Plate and volvo fitted the fridge but i have seen the cable from the fridge it goes through the passenger outside locker then behind the night heater to the plug somewhere

Pull off the pass side dash. 2x screws on dash , 2x in lower fuse box , remove speaker grille, remove speaker, and pull it off, behind the dash is a red+White 30amp wire. Thicker than normal. Pull it out and put dash back on. Replace white plug with plug of choice . I ran an Oven off this circuit for 8year.
