i worked for cammacks for a few years, and thought i would share a few photos of some of their trucks from a few years ago (the pictures were not taken by myself, but by mark cammack, who was the driver in most instances and is now head of the workshop and brother to boss jim)

blackwells are still going. from what i can remember mark (and a couple of long serving drivers) telling me, cammacks used to do all of blackwells work, until they brought their own motors. i know they have a big super space, i have a picture of it somewhere, i will try and dig it out.

just guessing but i think it was because it is the nearest large town that people would be able to associate their trucks with when they were out and about round the country, that never occured to me all the time i worked for them!! next time i speak to them i will find out
