ive always wanted to have the bottle to go to court to contest another A75 speeding charge with the excuse…im afraid i cannot contest what the officers are giving as evidence.i have no recollection of the allegded offence as i had recently consumed 18 cans of lager,a half bottle of vodka and was coked out of my ■■■■,so i will have to assume the officers are correct in their charge.i dont think you could get done for drunk driving as they wouldnt have a reading,but surely it would make an interesting debate in court and not look great for the big car vermin…possibly it might be best to try this on the last week before i decide to retire from driving just in case…
anyone have any idea of what you could get done for apart from the original speeding?,oviously it goes without saying that when charged with the offence and you are asked your reply,your reply has to be the following…please dont hit me again officer…those of a darker persuasion would have to reply…please stop hitting me …Think you’d incriminate yourself and be taken to a different court by the rozzers or whoever handles prosecutions.
