Have you altered the drop down menu to one way crossing? As I have just tried to make a single crosssing and it has allowed me to, got as far as entering personal details page, but obviously stopped at that.

Just checked and its a winter price I quoted & of course it rises in the end of May (now you have enlightened me) to £65 at 0530 which of course is not the best time to travel.
