Felixstow

Been in my grid for over a hour, any body know y

Because you haven’t been serviced by the rtg yet

Your best bet is probably to get out and ask the first person you see who’s wearing a clean hi vis and a shiny hard hat. They’ll probably stand a better chance of telling you why there’s a delay than Jock McJockity who reading this whilst getting loaded in Inverness.

I used to…

Ring up control and politely ask them what the delay was.

8 times out of 10 a lifter would appear a few minutes later.

I’m guessing you’re out now but for future reference if you’re delayed in the grid by more than an hour call customer services (number is on your slot allocation ticket).

Just because it’s Port Of Felixstowe at a guess. Best way to deal with them, as has been said, is to call CSC and ask them if there’s a problem (TIP: Be polite) and they’ll usually hassle the RTG operator and get you done.

Must have changed a bit from when I was there. Waiting an hour on your grid was nothing :exclamation:

He’s been there for 5 days now…

Left at noon, box is in london gate , bloody captain unloaded it there by mistake

E165?..

Apparently there’s an E missing in Felixstow so I’ve no idea how you got placed in slot E165.

If you’re going to London Gatway (sic), then ringing the help-line at Felixstow will be pointless if your can is delayed.

Please keep us informed.

Well made it to gatewa, the computer told me to go to call forward zone, here we go again
