So I just got back from yet another interview where it felt like they were trying to in effect sell me the job rather than the usual interrogation I’ve had in the past.
Is this usual for drivers? It don’t half feel odd 
On the plus side I’m booked in for assessment drives for 2 firms tomorrow and Monday.

As a newbee, I hope this happens when I start to look for work, could this be a sign that the driver shortage is for real 
Have picked up a few shifts from an agency in the last couple of weeks, but yeah, these are for 1st real driving jobs.
Currently near Peterborough but looking at jobs around Cambridge/Newmarket … basically anywhere up to a 45-50 min drive from my house as am out in the sticks.
