Please can someone tell me what employer contributions FedEx Express makes for pensions? (there’s no mention of it in their job adverts)

Not many Companies, if any give that sort of information out,its only when you you actually work for them permanent.

I don’t know the answer but up to 3% is the going rate for a lot of companies.

1% is the legal minimum for you and the co. You can opt to pay more but the co. is not forced to match the increase.

I have asked that at my 2 previous jobs with no problem, if anything it may show you are committed.
