just keep on going at your pace. Yes you do fall of the Wagon sometimes like Parties, Wedding Stag nites But the next day you just hope back on and plod on again

I know exactly where you are coming from as i am in the same position at the moment and could do with losing a few stone myself.

That is the bit I am looking forward to, a new hip and a couple of dogs to go off with, at the moment my neighbour has to take them out.
