m42 Junction 4 , head towards solihull
Straight through first set of lights at the supermarket,
Watch Speed cameras (40mph)
Straight through next lights,near pub on left
Get into right hand lane for island
Turn right at island, get into left hand lane, 500 yards, left at next island,
follow road round to the right, and its on your left, first gate car park, second gate trucks, if you miss it there is an island in front of you to turn around
Watch speed cameras on the way back out to the motorway, one by 1st lights second near land rover dealer, (it was burnt out the last time i saw it though 
)
