Farewell Big Sam

Well that didn’t last long. Who next? Either Alan Pardew or Tony Pullis are about the only experienced English managers in the top flight.

Tony Pulis is Welsh mate

Must be a Vinnie Jones, not good enough for England type of Welsh then

Just checked and he was born in wales. Looks like it’ll be Pardew then

Ryan Giggs or Mourinho. Shearer (Harry) or David Moyes.

Not Glen Hoddle

I’m a Spurs fan so I’d love H, but he’s not the general fit with the FA, although Sam wasn’t to be fair. Shows you they’ve run out of ideas. He’s retired after a hip op, but the England gig is part time so maybe he’d fancy it.

I’ve got a nasty feeling it’s going to be Steve Bruce. He’s without a club at the moment, and Pardews compo would be an issue, while Eddie Howe and Sean Dyche are the only other English managers and neither has much experience.

I actually have no knowledge or interest in football.

Likewise, but as I do a month on and month off I could do it in my spare time at home and I don’t think knowing nothing about football would be to my disadvantage at all as the last few previous managers haven’t known a lot either …

Alan Curbishley he is English and out of work and wants to get back in football.
Didn’t do to bad with Charlton.

Alan Partridge gets my vote.

Edit. Or (Sir) Phillip Green/. Show `em how to do the job properly…
