Interesting how half of parking fine appeals are upheld but only 0.5% appeal in the first place. Sounds like there’s a lot of phony tickets being dished out.
Looks look that only applies to ‘local authority’ tickets not the ‘private landowner/company’ “tickets” that the Beavis case was in court for late last year.
