Didn’t see a flash but might have been our other one on that run. Were ‘we’ southbound or northbound? I drive the northbound leg these days, since my regular agency co-driver got a warning letter for aggressive and dodgy driving and I figured he has less traffic to get aggressive with if he does the southbound leg, so might not have noticed if I was in the jump seat. One of the two trailers we pull has a picture of an aeroplane all down the side so if you see that one it will be us as the others have two normal liveried trailers.
I was heading north/you south just about midnight,Monday night/Tuesday morn…Actually pulled into the services as the twin evap was playing up and saw your northbound man on his bed.
Buggered if I remembered seeing a plane…one of them was a big lad wearing his hi-viz,there was a 4 wheeler box maybe 2 others.
Anyway,will look for a plane on the motorway,you don’t see that everyday. 
Just an afterthought…If he’s an agency driver and getting letters for being a boy racer,how come he’s still there? Is he a good lad?

Not us, probably the one doing the Glasgow swap. We were on a nice early run on Monday night and did the swap on the southbound side and we pulled out of Charnock at 23:20, the Glasgow trunk left the southbound about midnight.

We had the trailer with the plane picture on northbound on Monday, we will have it northbound again tonight and Friday and southbound tomorrow.

No idea. Three agency drivers who worked with him while I was off for a week complained about him, as did one of our drivers who encountered him on the motorway and there was a bit of an incident between them, so our boss gave him a letter warning him to improve or he would have to stop using him. He hasn’t improved but since I started doing the northbound leg and with the lighter traffic on the southbound run he has less opportunity to try to kill us both and/or upset people and there have so far been no more complaints.
