Why do you pull away as traffic is passing?
Why park opposite a parked vehicle with oncoming traffic?
Why not have the fattest crew member out collecting the rubbish?
I think the heat’s getting to someone
because the fattest one is the driver

Yeah they love doing that, they wait for gap so you can pull out and just as you indicate and commit yourself to overtaking lo and behold they pull forward a few driveways and leave you stranded and feeling a right ■■■.
Overprotected council workers who drive around in rev and go tonka toys with a gang of mates, who’s presence makes them think they’re Rocky Balboa.
Sorry if I offend any binmen to whom the above doesn’t apply.
I sincerely hope I DO offend all binmen to who it does.
Woooaaah hang on a minute.

Proper Binmen
Why is it they insist on the lids being closed, bin facing the right way, and they expect you to sort your waste for recycling, yet they leave your bin in the middle of the path, about 4 doors away.
They may drive a bin wagon but they can’t drivable a bin - never park mine back where they collected it from, they just block the driveway or pavement!
Imagine having to service the ■■■■ things. Getting in the back to check the hydraulic rams etc. They stink from thirty feet away
How much pressure does the ram thing have? Does it all come out in one compacted lump?
Proper bin men in the by gone age, this 5"2 guy used to walk the length of the entry between houses with a steel bin on each shoulder and do the whole entry himself when i was just a nipper in the 70"s, as the bin truck would stay in one place these days theyre just lazy ■■■■■■■ and want everything done for them
Some of you guys are lucky, down here in Chatham we have bins ( only one though ) and they dont empty them, we have to store the black bags, then leave them outside lined up like little soldiers, when i asked the council why they dont empty them for my £117 a month, they told me its because they dont have a contract to do it, so i then told them they are wasting their money having trucks that lift and tip the bins, when all they need is a walking floor tipper ( if there is such a thing ) but you get my drift.
Why once they’ve emptied the bin do they dump it right in the middle of the entrance to your drive?
I have to stop my car in the middle of the road to move the bin before I can park on the drive when I get home!
Ceased to be council workers long ago - all privatised now. Ones i drove on agency for Onyx a few years back were on fixed hours if they didn’t get the round finished by a set time they were not being paid - no wonder they tore around. Also had to keep record of any bins not put out in case anyone phoned in later to say their bin had been left cause the you had to go back if you couldn’t prove it hadn’t been put out. Those guys used to have to graft hard.
Oxford City Council still employ their own binmen. Unionised too. Crap money good pension.
