Ok just wondered if anyone else had this at Caen.
I was comming from vendee area of France in my car this time, after visiting my parents, arrived at Caen and decided to fill up and went to the esso station by the supermarket, used my card and a big blue van on French plates pulled up to other pump and I think he was trying to get me to put €20 of diesel in his tank in exchange for cash, well I didn’t, genuine or not my instincts said no, he then pulled away and didn’t get fuel anyway and went to park on supermarket carpark behind station, and did not get out of van, obviously not needing fuel and waited for his next victim, so beware as to me that was dodgy.
Cuts must be hitting the Gendarmerie hard then wasnt this one was it…
