does anyone know how i’d put a link to my facebook in my signature on tnetuk?
Just the same as putting a link in a post, between the and
your web link here
The button for it is on the signature part of your profile.
To get the link for your facebook profile, click on your profile, the URL will be something like
http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/<user.name>?ref=profile
cut out ‘/home.php?#’ & ‘?ref=profile’ so you’re just left with a short link

Log in, visit this page: facebook.com/username/ and it should give you a message like
Your username has been set
You can now direct your friends to Facebook
then the link in your sig should work (as long as it matches the user.name bit)

The link in your signature still takes you to the login/sign-up page Mr B.
Having said that I’m not on Facebook, so perhaps that’s the reason ?
no, it still doesn’t work, if when you get to the facebook username page, after you have set your user name you right click on the link to your name then click copy short cut it will give you something like this facebook.com/jimti when you paste it you can put that between these here or [do i like this](http:/ /www.facebook.com/jimti) to get this effect

I can’t check to see if it works on my profile as it will take me to my home page even if I have done it wrong
yours should be [facebook[/url ] without the gap after the l (second to last bit) and the ] (last bit)
