i drove this lorry for brain smith of hexham northumberland he had it till he packed in about ten year ago she was white cab with maroon red chassis with blue and red stripes up the cab mega long wheel base tag on air i think it came from duffield and may have worked for south east company pulling trailers for lagos i may be wrong i have a photo of an f16 in the same colours this has tom sanks of aberdeen on it hope this helps a little

If so I think it was origanally owned by Mick Clarke who used to pull for Laros and copied P.A.M De Jong colours.
I think that the truck was owned by Richard Rivett after Clarkes.

thats right its was very good truck it brings back some good memories if you look on north east hauliers page on the forum you can see brains other motors

I sold her to Brian Smith then Bought her back when she had a cracked block she was 3.2 mtrs wheel base

is the f16 on ebay a ex mike clake motor as i see it has the same stripes as g777 kcl ?

last time it was in a Volvo dealers was in Ipswich in 2002,sorry no more info,k2
